When do I have to take my FREE Treat by?
All Treats must be taken by 31st January 2014.
How do I claim my Treat?
Visit the website prizes.newlook.com and enter your 16 digit code and you’ll be taken to a Congratulations message.
You’ll then be asked to type in your postcode so that we can search for a venue(s) in your area.
The website then displays venue(s) in your area and you can click on each venue to look up the location, address, contact number, website and details about the availability of the Treat.
Once you are sure which venue you want to visit, complete all the data requested in full so that we can create a personalised voucher for you. You must fill in all the fields in order to progress to the next screen.
Make sure you are connected to a printer, and then click to print your voucher.
This will create a personalised voucher for you.
Use this personalised voucher for redemption at the venue.
Selected Spa Day Entry venues can only be booked by New Look Rewards Concierge Department and you will be required to provide three preferred dates that you could attend the venue.
For all other venues contact the venue directly to arrange an advance booking. When calling please quote “New Look voucher”.
Please note that all Treats are subject to availability and you’ll need to agree a mutually convenient time to visit a venue.
The venue will keep the personalised voucher.

I’ve lost my scratch card what do I do?
Unfortunately we won’t be replacing lost scratch cards, if you believe you weren’t handed a scratch card with your purchase over £30 between 16th October- 2nd November, the store may, at their discretion, issue you with another scratch card.
Can I receive more than one scratch card?
Yes, with this offer, for every transaction of £30 or more you can receive one scratch card.
What are the main terms and conditions of the offer?
To qualify you must spend £30 or more between 16th October 2013 and 02nd November 2013.
Treats must be taken between 16th October 2013 and 31st January 2014.
Access to the internet and a printer is required to claim your Treat.
All Treats are subject to availability.

Are there any age restrictions?
If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain your parent or guardians consent and be accompanied by a responsible adult when redeeming any ‘treats’.
Why do you need my name, address and contact details?
We need to generate a personalised form for you so that you can claim your FREE Treat. Rest assured that unless you give permission for us to send you information, then we will not and cannot use your data. Your details will NOT be sold to other/affiliate companies for them to use.
